PROCESSING TIMES
House of Motorcycles ensures its customer satisfactory when it comes to processing and shipping times, Processing times will be between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 weekdays, House of Motorcycles aims to ship your order on the same day as your order is processed, other factors may cause the order to take longer to process such as; incorrect contact details, incorrect shipping address

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
House of Motorcycles only ships within Australia via our online store-front, customers who wish to purchase merchandise and/or parts through our storefront can contact us on (03) 6344 8680 or alternatively email ecommerce@rhd.com.au for further assistance, with this exception the only form of payment method will be Bank Transfer, International orders will take up to 3 days to prepare and up to 30 days in transit.

SHIPPING COSTS
House of Motorcycles ensures a fair trade with shipping costs, with flat rate postage under 1KG, Helmets, Jackets, Armour Jeans will be shipped domestically at a flat rate of $30 (Standard), Shipping costs do not include VAT and other international taxes, please contact us on (03) 6344 8680 or alternatively email ecommerce@rhd.com.au for more information shipping internationally.

LOCAL DELIVERY
House of Motorcycles warehouse location is in Launceston, Tasmania, Australia. We offer customers the ability to receive their items in person at their convenience, at checkout select the "Pick-up In-Store" option
Interstate customers who select Pick-up in-store accidentally will be invoiced shipping at $15 Standard or $30 Standard (Heavy and/or items listed above). We personally do not deliver items within the state, the customer is responsible for receiving their goods after purchase.

RETURNS, CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS
House of Motorcycles does not accept returns for 'Change of Mind', Sale items, and Helmets unless the item(s) is/are faulty. If you have selected the wrong size or item please contact us immediately at (03) 6344 8680 alternatively email ecommerce@rhd.com.au. 

Item return(s) need to be assessed by our online team in order to get a successful outcome, shipping item(s) to/from the warehouse to the customer is at the customers expensive, if customer does not want to pay for shipping to/from House of Motorcycles the item(s) can be returned and assessed in-store located at 468 Westbury Road, Prospect, Tasmania, 7250

Shipping costs are non-refundable, as they cover a consumable service

POTENTIAL SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
House of Motorcycles, Storefront, Warehouse, and other company associates will be closed over key calendar events such as; Easter (Good Friday - Easter Monday), ANZAC Day (25th APR)
House of Motorcycles closes for a significant period over the Christmas period, All orders have to be placed before EOD (End of Day) 19th December to ensure your order gets delivered on time, all orders that miss this deadline will be shipped when House of Motorcycles, Storefront, Warehouse, and other company associates re-open on 2nd January.

ORDER TRACKING
House of Motorcycles provides all shipping with complimentary tracking, Once order is delivered to chosen address all tracking and postage responsibility will be delegated to the customer.
